Term of Service

Personal Use & Comercial use

Please note first the purpose of your commission, so that there is no misunderstanding. There is 2 type of licenses commission, Commercial commission and Personal Use commission. What is Personal and Commercial use?~ Personal use means personal purpose use such as gifts, collection and social media uploads.~ Commercial Use means anything commercial in nature such as promotions, sales, rentals, and marketing etc.~ Then what about profile pictures? print images? "As long as it is not intended for shop promotion/promotion needs/sales that end up making money/monetization, then its use is Personal Use "Like FB accounts, Twitter/X, personal IG, personal stickers for laptops, cellphones, etc., it is still classified as Personal Use".~ What about Shop Profile Pictures (merch, clothes, etc.)? "That is already included in Commercial Use"~ For brokers/3rd parties who resell images, it is included in Commercial Use.If you still don't understand, for more details, you can ask and consult with Hakhi directly ^^

Payment Process

Payment can be processed through Paypal Goods and Service. Payment is made before the sketch begins. Clients who have ordered more than 3 times are allowed to pay after the sketch (valid for single commission) After payment there is no refund process except:~Hakhi as an artist does not complete the drawing according to the deadline.~Hakhi gives up or is unable to complete the drawing order.~Hakhi does not provide information for more than one week (messages that are not responded to by the client are not included in the time calculation, that means for example if the client does not reply to the message for two days, then 2 days may be added to the original estimated time for creating the drawing.)Refunds will be returned 70% to 100% to anticipate taxes and processes that have been made.If the work process is underway, the refund will be returned according to the work process, for example, a refund will be returned 50% to 60% when the sketch stage is complete, the client will get the sketch results and also a refund.I suggest that you first make sure whether you are sure to order a commission or not, so that no party is harmed in terms of material and time.Note:
For commercial the price will be x2 (twice) the original prices, please discuss it with me first for commercial commission.

~ Image delivery process.Free Revision 2 times during sketch, 1 time during base color and finishing (revision changes no more than 20%). What do you mean by 20%?
"For example, you request commission your OC standing while drinking coffee then you want to change the sketch to sitting, that can't be done because you have to change the whole image, but if for example you ask to revise the drawing of your OC standing while holding a cup of coffee changed to using a tumbler/change the expression, it can still be revised".In order to avoid misunderstandings, clients are asked to provide details such as pose, clothing, color, expression, characteristics and others. Don't be shy to ask or discuss, I am happy if you want to share ideas when making the art later and the art results can be maximized.For Skeb and Omakase the process will not be notified unless the client asks for the progress.

PS

Even though you are the one who commissioned the drawing, the copyright of the commissioned art remains with Hakhi as the artist, copyright only applies to the images that Hakhi created, not the characters or scenery in them. So please understand not to claim that this image was created by you.Thank you for paying attention to the Hakhi commission TOS!By agreeing to this TOS, you have agreed to the terms and conditions contained therein.
